Day 1: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park, Boat Cruise on Victoria Nile and Evening Game Drive

Today, start the journey to Murchison Falls National Park at 6:00am to have ample time in the park. You will drive directly to the park with a brief stopover at the top of the Murchison Falls. After the stop, you proceed for lunch and later for a boat safari on the Nile River, from where you watch different animals along the shore, both those that live in the water and those coming to drink.

The boat ride takes you about 10 meters from the bottom of Murchison Falls, also known as the “Devil’s Cauldron”, before returning to the starting point. Your driver guide will pick you up and, after a short evening game drive (if you are staying on the northern bank of the river); otherwise, you will transfer immediately to the southern bank because of ferry crossing times.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive and Return to Kampala

Along the way, look out for herds of elephants, giraffes, antelopes, the Uganda kobs, buffaloes, waterbucks, lions, and several bird species. Check out from the accommodation and drive back to Kampala for a drop-off. You will have lots of memories to cherish on your way home!
