Day 1: Arrival and City Tour of Kigali.

Our tour guide will meet and greet you at Kigali Airport. Visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial site before beginning a quick city tour of Kigali. Following the tour, drive to Nyungwe Forest, arriving in Nyanza in the evening. At Nyungwe Forest Lodge for dinner and the night.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking & Canopy Walk.

You’ll start your chimp trek through this rainforest after breakfast. Before beginning your trek into the Forest in search of the chimpanzees, you must first report to the park headquarters for a briefing from the park rangers. The chance to see chimpanzees will present itself.
